First post of 2008, woo! I hope everyone was having a great and SAFE time when the ball dropped.
I spent New Years Eve watching Paprika and I gotta say, that movie rocked. It's completely tripping, blending reality and fantasy and I really enjoyed it because not only are you entertained but you are forced to think if you want anything out of the movie at all. It was visually stunny too. I highly recommend it.
As for the rest of the day, I watched the Mythbusters marathon on Discovery channel and played FF8.
While I was away at school, something I really didn't miss was the wind, but now that I'm back at my parents, I m quite aware that every winter is absolutely gusts around here. It's blowing hard enough to flex the glass of our sliding glass door. That makes me a little nervous...
I drive back tomorrow and I hope it won't be so windy. I don't want to have to fight the wind just to stay in my lane the whole way home.
