Should old acquaintance be forgot  
Hey friends! I was just wondering what everyone's New Year's resolutions were this year.

I'm personally going to strictly adhere to 30 days of the paleo diet and exercise daily. I really have no excuse with so many fitness videos on you tube and paleo cooking blogs on the internet. It's only day three and I'm already seriously craving a bagel with cream cheese, but I know my body feels better without ll that crap. Let's all support each other and stay strong with whatever our goals are for 2014!
